RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
    • The item must remain in its original packaging and condition
    • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygiene and authenticity protection, opened or used products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

The Company reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
